We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. If you are not satisfied with any product, we will accept returns within 15 days as follows:
Damaged / Defective:
In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund or an exchange, within 15 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
- Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Please contact customer care if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.
- Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
- In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount.
- In the event you return any product which is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition, we will also refund the shipping charges applicable to that item.
We will refund the money the way the payment was made. No refund will be made for the shipping amount but only for the total amount of the items. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account. If the payment mode was Cheque or DD, we will send you a cheque (not a DD). Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer.
The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.
Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank.
We understand that some of the items like Candles are sensitive, we do take special care in packaging such items. We ensure that the items, when you receive, would be in good condition, however, in case you are suspicious because of the damaged outer container, please feel free to return the item and also inform us through email / phone.

You have every reason, mainly because the items that you are ordering online belongs to the category of items that do not break, tear, bend, or stink after sometime and are non-perishable. Be assured that extra care is being taken at our facilities to prevent other possible damages through advanced packing process.
When would it reach you ?
Most of the items are shipped within India with the delivery time between 3 - 5 days. We currently ship in all Metro Cities as well as in the Capitals of all the states within India. For shipping of items other than these areas, we request you to please confirm with our customer care before ordering. In case, we do not ship to your region, city, town and still you order, we would refund the amount and inform you through phone and email.
The shipping partners currently are BlueDart and DTDC.
What is not covered in the number of days are:
- Cheque/DD orders - Delays in depositing the Cheque/DD from customers end could result in products going out-of-stock in which case we will refund the amount and cancel the order.
- This guarantee is not valid for special promotional offers.
- We offer FREE SHIPPING on some of the products and the same will be specified with the Product Description.
- For Category of products where Shipping Cost, the total shipping charge for your Order will be displayed once you proceed to check out.
- Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single shipping address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you need to place multiple orders.
