Shipping FAQ:

Question: How long does it take you to ship my order?
Answer: Usually our promise is 3-5 days, however this is only achievable if the payment is done online or in Cash On Delivery orders (COD). We do get some payments through cheques and / or online banking transactions. The number of days to delivery increases to 7 days in such cases for your order to reach you. The shipping of orders paid through cheque beings only after the cheque gets cleared.

Question: Can you ship within 24 hours?

Answer:  YES, we do ship within 24 hours. on all business days. This is a special service called as Prime Plus that comes to you as with a cost of Rs. 450/- and the items get delivered to you the next day excluding Sundays and National Holidays.

Question: How can I track my order status online at
Answer: Yes you can, once we ship your item, we send an SMS and an Email communication with the Tracking code which you can use to track your shipment. You can also visit to know status of your order. You would be required to provide your Order number and Email ID used at the time of ordering at the Order Tracking page. Alternatively you can call to find out the status.

Question: Which courier partner has partnered with for order delivery in India?
Answer: We have partnered with BlueDart as well as DTDC in India for our items delivery, this enables us to deliver items in almost 8000 pin codes across India.

Question: I have an Event / Birthday Party / Festival / Wedding coming up, is my order going to reach me on time?
Answer: Please calculate 3-5 days from the day you place your order with us. Exclude Sunday and National Holidays while calculating and then place your order. Your order would be generally dispatched within 24 hours of you placing it. In all Metro Cities and State Capitals the orders reach within 3-5 days maximum.

Question: Do you also have any Delivery Charge, Octroi, etc?
Answer: No, shipping is FREE for any order above Rs. 300/-. A nominal charge of Rs. 55/- is taken at the time of placing the order. In case of COD orders you are required to pay for the shipping charge for your order only. Please call at 011-3020-1011 (our call center) if you are being asked for any other charges. Also note that, all octroi charges, etc are paid well in advance to the courier company.

International Shipping FAQ:

Question: Do you ship internationally, which countries?
Answer: No, we have paused the international shipping as of now. We would resume our services very soon.

Returns FAQ:

Question: I wish to return an item that I purchased from your website, how can I do that?
Answer: The return process is very simple. You have to follow 3 steps:

1) Mail / Call our customer care team at +91-850-600-8080 within 24 hours of receiving the item with the issue and the order id. Please note this is MANDATORY.
2) Provide us with the information about the issue faced by you. 
3) After confirmation from our end please send the item to our address, i.e, Retail Pvt. Ltd,

Question: Do I get complete refund?
Answer: Yes, we refund the entire amount of the product you purchased but deduct the shipping charges from the amount.

Question: How soon I get the amount back?
Answer: It usually takes 10-15 days for the refund to reflect back into your account. If you send us cheque, it takes 7-10 days. Please check your next month's credit card invoice for the refund from us.

Payments FAQ:

Question: What Cards and payment modes are accepted?
Answer: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Airtel Money, ITZ Cash Cards, NEFT and Bank Tansfers.

Question: What are the other forms of Payment if I do not have a Credit Card and do not use Debit Card facility?
Answer: You have a very convenient option of paying through NEFT transfer or by depositing the amount in person to our Bank Account. Please note that, you can choose this option at the time of making the final payment on Checkout Page. Please select the NEFT / Bank Transfer option.

Once you transfer the amount, please call us / email with your order number so that we can ship the item from our end. In case of any query, please call our customer service team.

Question: Do you accept International Credit Cards?
Answer: Yes We Do! We accept all International Cards except American Express.

Question: Do you accept payments through Cheques?
Answer: Yes, we do. We realize that not everyone in this country still have credit cards. We accept Cheque/DD payments for online shopping. The delivery time in this case is slightly longer (10 - 15 days) than the online payment methods (5-7 days). Please send the cheques in favor of " Pvt. Question: What all information is required if I am making a cheque payment?
Answer: Nothing much, just mention the Order number (you receive this on the confirmation page and also on the email that is sent when you confirm the purchase), your name and contact number at the back of the cheque.

Question: What credit cards are accepted?
Answer: We are currently accepting Visa and MasterCard.

Question: Do you accept Online Transfers?
Answer: Yes, in this case you need to send your order confirmation through email with your list and make online payment transfer through your online banking facility. Transfer money online in favor of " Retail Pvt. Ltd", HDFC Bank, Gurgaon, to our account number which would be provided to you on request. Other details would be provided once we get your order.

Products FAQ:

Question: What if I want to buy your products in store?
Answer: We do not have any offline store in India as of now. Though we are in process to have few in some prominent cities. The moment we have them up and running, you would be the first to know. Till then we suggest you shop through our website only.

Question: Do the Balloons you sell, are all sent to the customer as inflated?
Answer: No, none of the balloons are sent inflated to the customers. The product pictures that you see on website is to only give you an impression about the look of the Balloon weather Latex or Foil. They are all sent deflated and have to be filled up with Helium Gas or normal air pressure as per your requirement form your nearest point.

Question: The items I want to buy is "Out of Stock" on your products catalog, what to do?
Answer: You don't have to wait for the item to show "In stock" on our catalog, simply mail us and we would give you complete idea. We would also keep you posted when it comes into our stock through email and/or phone or sms.

Question: How do we purchase bulk orders?
Answer: We have a separate process for address bulk orders, please email us at support [at] and we would have someone contact you from our office, they would further address your requirement with a quick process.
